How to use
Boil 400 ml of water and add 4-5 Chaga chunks (about 8-10 g) or 1 teaspoon of Chaga powder.
Let it steep for 5 minutes until the water turns a dark reddish-brown color.
Strain and enjoy! This recipe yields approximately 2 cups of Chaga tea
After brewing, dry the Chaga chunks for reuse. Each chunk can be reused up to three times.
For a more robust Flavour, simmer the Chaga chunks for 30 minutes to several hours and add lemon or honey for taste.
