Delivery time can take anywhere between 2-12 business days. We usually get your shipments delivered on the earlier side but it also depends on your location. If there is any further delay in your products, please reach out to us at support@planetmushroom.co.in and we'll help you out.
We use high quality packing material to reduce in transit breakage and pilferage.
Even though we try our best to ensure on-time delivery, there are certain conditions under which the delivery may get delayed:
* Incorrect shipping address
* Incorrect PIN code
* Nobody available at shipping address
* Extreme weather conditions
* Other Force Majeure
* Unforeseen circumstances beyond the Control of our logistics partners
We send you a confirmation email / SMS once the order is shipped and another email when the order is delivered.
Our Courier partner will deliver the product to you at the address provided by you.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?

We really hope you love your Mushrooms, but if for some reason you aren’t happy please send us an email at support@planetmushroom.co.in within 10 days and we will work to resolve your query.

Being that we sell food, for the safety of not only you but all customers, all sales are final. We hope you understand that this policy has been made with you in mind!

However, we offer full replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Just send us an email to process the replacement and make sure to send in an image of what went wrong. Replacement orders will be processed until 20 days after placing the original order.

Can I change/cancel my order after I have placed it?
Unfortunately you cannot amend or cancel your order once it has been placed. If you have a query regarding your order please contact us at support@planetmushroom.co.in and we will be able to help from there.

I’ve lost my confirmation email / i didn’t receive a confirmation email.
Please check your Junk mail folder to make sure the email hasn’t landed in there by mistake.
